Following Rates based on land uses for the year ended 30th June 2013. The cents in the dollar is charged against the capital value of the property. The values are determined by the Valuer-Generals Office.

Land Use 1 Residential 0.2985 cents in the dollar

Land Use 2 Commercial - Shop 0.9141 cents in the dollar

Land Use 3 Commercial - Office 0.9141 cents in the dollar

Land Use 4 Commercial- Other 0.9446 cents in the dollar

Land Use 5 Industry Light 0.9446 cents in the dollar

Land Use 6 Industry - Other 0.9446 cents in the dollar

Land Use 7 Industry - Primary Production 0.9446 cents in the dollar

Land Use 8 Vacant Land 0.1834 cents in the dollar

Land Use 9 Other 0.9446 cents in the dollar

Council also declared a fixed charge on each property of $340.00
