The Inaugural Coober Pedy Gem Trade Show will take place at the Greek Community Hall on the 6th and 7th April, immediately after the 2007 National Opal Symposium.
The Gem Trade Show will consist of two days of gem miners, wholesalers and retailers displaying their wares. There will also be stallholders showcasing associated jewellery equipment such as polishing and cutting machinery and lapidary supplies and accessories. There will be three deluxe rooms catering for 'top-of-the-range' gemstones as well as over 40 indoor booths and outdoor allotments showcasing gems, gold and silversmith equipment and accessories. Millions of dollars worth of gems will be bought and sold!
A great opportunity to buy opal direct from the miners!
