Draft Community Land Management Plans

Community Engagement commencing 6 January 2025

The District Council of Coober Pedy invites feedback regarding its

Council is required by legislation to prepare and adopt management plans for its community land which:

  • identify the land to which the plan applies
  • state the purpose for which the land is held by Council
  • state Council’s objectives and proposals for the management of the land
  • state performance targets and how Council proposes to measure its performance against its objectives and performance targets.

Community engagement will commence at 9am Monday 6 January 2025 and close at 5pm on Friday 31 January 2025.

Written submissions which must be received by 5.00pm on 31 January 2025 can be made by:

Verbal submissions can be made at the February 2025 Ordinary Meeting of Council on Wednesday 26 February 2025. The meeting will provide for attendance in person or online via Zoom.
