Change of Address – to change address for any Council account; electricity, water, rates or debtors
Request for Refund – to have credit refunded back to customer from any Council account; electricity, water, rates, debtors or childcare
Transfer of Credit – to transfer credit from one account to another for all Council accounts; electricity, water rates, debtors or childcare
Centrepay Form – to set up a centrelink deduction for any Council accounts, return to Council to be set up
Freedom in Information – To request information from Council that is available to the public
Application for Assessment record extract – to obtain copy from Assessment record (to view take notes is free at the Council office)

Electricity Supply Form – to connect Electricity to your property
Owner Authorisation Form – Owners to give authority to connect electricity for tenants (private rentals)
Water Supply Form – to connect Water to your property
Disconnection form – to disconnect Electricity &/or Water supply
Notification of life support equipment - for customers that need to register life support equipment and have a medical certificate

Notices via email through Ezybill – you can register online to be notified of your bills via email.
Application to change Ratepayer – tenant / occupier can apply to be principal ratepayer of property, form must be completed and signed by occupier, owner to agree to conditions of application and sign
Application to cancel Ratepayer – tenant / occupier to cancel the application for principal ratepayer.
Land use objection – land use objection for properties are to be forwarded to council
