Council is currently encountering a delay in producing the electricity and water notices.
The electricity tariffs changed on 1 January 2023. An interim billing cycle was done for the consumption between 1 December 2023 to 1 January 2023.
Because of the difference of the tariff for the supply charge, Council's software has been unable to properly add both tariffs for some accounts, resulting in notices showing incorrectly.
Council's software provider is currently working on resolving the issue. Notices will be issued and sent once this has been fixed.
Please note that the due date will be adjusted from the time the notices are produced.
Council apologises for any inconvenience.
