Call Outs
If you are experiencing a water outage due to the deficiency in the Council’s supply system or witness a water leak on Council's side please do not hesitate to call the numbers below:
Non-emergency faults: 08 8672 4626 (9.00 am - 5.00 pm)
Water Supply On-Call: 0417 811 470 (Emergencies only)
*Please note that a Call-Out is where the fault occurs on the consumer's side of the meter or is not a fault due to deficiency in Councils supply system.
Rates are:
Call-out Fee during work hours $200 - 1 hour
Call-out Fee after 3pm and over weekends, min 2 hour call out $440 - 2 hours
Call-out Fee after 3pm and over weekends, in excess of first 2 hours $320 - per hour
If longer than 2 hours - Labour Rate @$240 per hour
