If you are experiencing a water outage due to the deficiency in the Council’s supply system or witness a water leak on Council's side please do not hesitate to call the numbers below:
Non-emergency faults: 08 8672 4626 (9.00 am - 5.00 pm)
Water Supply On-Call: 0417 811 470 (Emergencies only)
*Please note that a Call-Out Fee of $540.00 will be applied where the fault or water leak occurs on the consumer’s side of the meter or is not a fault due to the deficiency in Council’s supply system.
