The District Council of Coober Pedy acknowledges the Antakirinja Matu-Yankunytjatjara people, the traditional owners of the land within the District Council of Coober Pedy area.
Council extends that respect to other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
We recognise Elders past, present and emerging and commit to working with each other to build a brighter future together.
