The auction of land for unpaid rates took place on Wednesday 3 May 2023.
There were 11 properties that have been auctioned. The auction started at 11.00am and finished at 12.40pm. The total sale from the auction was $504,400.
All properties have been sold during the auction with full recovery of all rates, auction costs, electricity and water outstanding.

- Lot 248 Bean Street: Sold online for $28,000
- Lot 2502 Brewster Street: Sold online for $12,500
- Lot 1 Jelly Crescent: Sold on site for $65,000
- Lot 481 Brewster Street: Sold online for $25,000
- Lot 463 Stuart Street: Sold online for $33,500
- Lot 988 Crismani Close: Sold online for $16,500
- Lot 2501 Hutchison Street: Sold on site for $260,000
- Lot 708 Traeger Street: Sold on site for $16,900
- Lot PT 2255 Allen Drive: Sold online for $19,000
