Update Regarding Administrator
Last Friday, Tim Jackson and I were advised of the following by the office of The Hon Geoff Brock, Minister for Local Government:
Tim Jackson has advised that he wishes to complete his term as the Council’s administrator on Thursday, 2 February 2023. The Minister is now finalising arrangements to have another administrator in place at this time for a short ‘transition period’, as well as establishing a longer term administration for the town.
As soon as the Governor makes these appointments, there will be more information to provide, which is expected to be closer to that date.
